Qualifications - 8+ years building commercial software, including experience leading engineering teams. - Experience modernizing legacy applications and delivering cloud-based SaaS products. - Strong technical foundation across modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and engineering best practices. - Comfortable balancing product priorities, technical debt, and customer needs. - Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity. - A pragmatic, player-coach leadership style with a bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
