• Responsible for day-to-day ownership, optimization, and support of the company’s CRM platform. • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and the CRM vendor. • Manage day-to-day system administration, including user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. • Train new and existing employees on CRM functionality, processes, and best practices. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data through regular audits and maintenance. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to support business insights.

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. • Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms. • Oversee content production (internal or outsourced) and ensure quality/control. • Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning. • Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts. • Track performance and continuously optimize based on data. • Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end. • Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling. • Lead creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversion. • Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions. • Report on results and identify clear opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in the production trading environment. • Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes, reducing overhead and enhancing efficiency. • Triage, prioritize and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues, ranging from low-level hardware to in-house software applications. • Work with development to improve the operational stability and functionality of existing and new trading systems. • Coordinate, plan, and execute firm-wide changes within a global change management framework. • Understand and account for the needs of all stakeholders. • On call coverage in a team rotation. • Support other key initiatives as the business dictates.

• Multi-Client Brand Management - Manage and refine the voice, tone, and visual identity for multiple law firm clients while maintaining clear brand differentiation. • AI-Assisted Content Production - Use modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to produce social media content, informational assets, and marketing materials that support client growth. • Social Media & Content Strategy - Plan and execute social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. • Advertising Creative - Develop and iterate creative assets for Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns, helping drive qualified leads for law firms. • Video & Multimedia Content - Assist in producing informational videos and short-form content that help attorneys communicate expertise and build trust with potential clients. • Quality Control - Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure professional tone, accuracy, and high production standards appropriate for the legal industry.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in a production trading environment. • Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation to support operational tooling, monitoring, dashboards, and deployment workflows. • Administer and support Windows systems, including configuration management, patching, performance tuning, and incident response. • Manage identity, endpoint, and access platforms across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, applications, and core networking components in a multi-platform environment. • Support operational security initiatives such as system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring. • On call coverage in a team rotation.
