Role Description The Senior Evidence and Learning Officer will support Fortify Health’s efforts to generate, synthesise, and communicate evidence on fortification. This role will focus on building strong documentation of our work, developing case studies, and translating research findings into actionable insights for government and external stakeholders. Please note that the location for this role is remote, based in India, with a preference for Delhi or Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities - Evidence Generation and Research: - Conduct background research and literature reviews on food fortification and micronutrient deficiencies. - Synthesize internal data and external evidence to inform program strategy. - Lead end-to-end study execution, including data collection, obtaining ethical and government approvals, and ensuring compliance with research protocols and high data quality. - Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, and develop clear, high-quality reports and outputs for decision-making and dissemination. - Support development of technical notes, briefs, and evidence summaries. - Case Studies and Documentation: - Develop high-quality case studies capturing implementation learnings across geographies. - Collect data and document program insights, challenges, and best practices. - Tailor outputs for different audiences, including policymakers, donors, and technical stakeholders. - Government and Stakeholder Engagement: - Prepare concise documents, presentations, and briefing notes for government meetings. - Support responses to stakeholder queries with evidence-backed inputs. - Translate technical findings into clear, decision-friendly formats. - Learning and Dissemination: - Support dissemination of research findings through reports, presentations, and external platforms. - Curate and adapt content for different audiences. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, workshops, and events. - Knowledge Management: - Maintain organised repositories of research and documentation. - Ensure consistency and quality across outputs. - Identify opportunities to strengthen organisational learning. Role Description The School of Applied Liberal Arts and of Social Sciences invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate Human Services credit-bearing courses. Successful candidates will be available to teach a synchronous online course that meets one evening per week at 6:00 PM.
