Role Description Protera Health is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead and support data operations, reporting, analytics, and customer data management across the organization. This highly visible, cross-functional role will closely collaborate with leadership, operations, product, engineering, and customers. Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated, board-certified (or board-eligible) Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our expanding remote care team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal and sports medicine care to a broad range of patients across the United States—all from the convenience of your home office. Role Description Protera Health is seeking a Director of Enrollment & Engagement to optimize the patient journey from outreach through successful enrollment and ongoing engagement. This is a highly operational, hands-on leadership role focused on driving enrollment growth, improving patient experience, building scalable workflows, and leading a high-performing engagement team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, data-driven, and excited to build within a fast-moving healthcare startup. As a core member of the Operations team, you will own patient enrollment and engagement KPIs while leading the systems, workflows, and team members responsible for patient conversion and engagement. Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical, operationally rigorous Director of Finance & Payer Contracting to help build and scale the financial infrastructure of the company during a critical growth phase. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership with exposure to enterprise payer partnerships, healthcare regulatory strategy, and company-level operational planning. Dual reporting to the CEO and CFO. The Director of Finance will lead day-to-day finance operations, financial planning and analysis, multi-entity accounting coordination, payer contract financial modeling, and cross-functional support for health plan partnerships. This individual will also serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders on payer contracting workflows and MSO-PC operational alignment. Role Description Are you a passionate and experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physical Therapist (PT) eager to be part of an innovative healthcare startup? Protera Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our core clinical team, delivering exceptional virtual orthopedic care to patients nationwide. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide direct patient care while also contributing to a startup and shaping the future of MSK healthcare. Key Responsibilities - Conduct initial PT evaluations for newly enrolled patients, including functional assessment and goal setting. - Develop and update individualized home exercise programs (HEP) and self-management plans. - Provide follow-up PT visits, progressions/regressions, and care plan modifications based on patient response. - Identify red flags and coordinate escalation to the medical team (physicians/APPs) when appropriate. - Educate patients on condition management, activity modification, ergonomics, and pain science principles as appropriate. - Collaborate regularly with physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and health coaches to ensure favorable patient outcomes. - Engage with the broader clinical team to discuss complex cases and share best practices. - Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures. - Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care.
