Job Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both.
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Strong work across brand identity, web, print and event or environmental design. Multidisciplinary range is essential.
- You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just executed within them.
- You have a point of view about what great B2B brand looks like, and the confidence to defend it.
- You operate at both strategic and executional altitude without losing quality at either end.
- You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Tools are not a bottleneck for you. Webflow experience is a plus.
- High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do next, and you don’t need creative guardrails to do your best work.
