National Sales Recruiter

Armstrong Transport Group

• Serve as the primary recruiter for experienced sales hiring across all office locations nationwide • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced freight brokerage and logistics sales professionals • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates within the 3PL industry • Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to understand hiring needs and market trends • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Provide insight to leadership on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activity within the logistics industry • Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the applicant tracking system • Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience within the third-party logistics or freight brokerage industry required
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of logistics sales structures, compensation plans, and industry terminology
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple openings and priorities independently
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across multiple office locations preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
