Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learning Fare Search Specialist to join our growing airfare operations team. This role is focused on supporting travel agent teams through high-quality itinerary research, fare construction, and pricing support. You will work closely with senior fare experts and learn how international airline pricing, routing, and margin generation work in practice. This is a hands-on role with a strong learning component. Over time, the position can evolve into more advanced pricing, fare strategy, and systems-oriented responsibilities. Responsibilities - Search and build flight itineraries for travel agents and clients. - Support the travel agent team with pricing and routing research. - Learn and apply advanced fare construction techniques. - Work with different airline combinations, routings, and pricing structures. - Assist with identifying better pricing opportunities and routing alternatives. - Maintain speed and accuracy while handling incoming requests. - Collaborate with senior fare experts on complex itineraries and pricing cases. - Help document successful pricing patterns and internal best practices. - Contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency over time. • Take ownership of the Economic Core of the platform and help shape financial logic implementation • Lead in designing ledger-style economic events and revenue calculations • Implement payment and cost normalization processes • Manage client and supplier balances and financial lifecycle transitions • Enforce financial invariants and consistency rules

• Design, maintain, and improve automated test suites (Kotlin + Selenium) • Refactor existing test code to improve structure and maintainability • Reduce duplication and improve abstraction in the automation layer • Build reusable utilities for booking and lifecycle flows • Debug flaky tests and improve stability • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering discussions • Support CI/CD quality gates and regression coverage • Collaborate closely with backend engineers on integration testing

• Define the normalized supply layer over Sabre • Build production-grade flows from search to ticketing • Establish clear integration contracts with adjacent platform domains • Own shopping, pricing, PNR creation, and ticketing integration • Design a deterministic normalized model over Sabre shopping and pricing responses • Ensure pricing consistency across search, reprice, booking creation, and ticketing

We're looking for a Fare Strategy & Supply Lead — a builder, not a bureaucrat. Someone who combines deep fare expertise with the ability to build repeatable systems that scale margin, improve pricing competitiveness, and unlock massive leverage for the sales organization. Develop and execute fare strategy — including advanced fare construction (e.g. inbound–outbound combinations, ex-EU, throwaway, segment-by-segment) and private fare programs. Lead and grow a small team of fare strategists (3–5 experts), setting clear processes, standards, and operational rhythm. Build and manage a diversified supplier portfolio — consolidators, private fares, net fares, and negotiated deals. Partner with Product & Engineering to integrate fare intelligence directly into the platform — increasing quote speed, deal conversion, and gross profit per passenger. Own margin and risk management across fare categories, including ADM exposure, IRROPS handling, and refund scenarios. Continuously identify opportunities to improve GP uplift, sourcing resilience, and pricing competitiveness.
