HR Business Partner – Recruiting

Bundesverbraucherhilfe e.V.

• Verantwortung für den End to End Recruiting-Prozess: Vom Screening über Auswahlgespräche bis hin zur Einstellung. • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Strategien zur Gewinnung ehrenamtlicher Talente. • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks zur Talentgewinnung. • Betreuung und Beratung unserer ehrenamtlichen MitgliederInnen in HR-relevanten Fragestellungen. • Optimierung und Digitalisierung der internen HR-Prozesse. • Zuständig für das On- und Offboarding. • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von betrieblichen Regelungen, Richtlinien und Rahmenbedingungen. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chief People Officer und dem Präsidium zur Umsetzung der Recruiting- und Wachstumsstrategie.

Job Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
  • Praxis in Aufbau und Skalierung von Recruiting-Prozessen (End-to-End), gerne in dynamischen oder dezentralen Strukturen.
  • Kenntnisse und/oder Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche (z. B. Staffing, Personalberatung, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, RPO).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Interviews und Auswahlmethoden.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke – insbesondere im Umgang mit ehrenamtlich Engagierten.
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Bereitschaft, remote und flexibel ehrenamtlich zu arbeiten.

We are looking for a highly skilled, consultative, full life-cycle technology recruiter who will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent through various methods of recruitment tactics. This is an individual contributor recruiter role and does not manage others. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for tech roles, combined with experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes. This individual should possess a deep understanding of full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor recruiting role supporting full lifecycle hiring across multiple business lines.
