Global Key Account Manager

Role Description The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for all stakeholder outreach activity involving designated Global Key Accounts. This position will travel at least 50% of the time. - Coordination of all stakeholder outreach activities involving Global Key Accounts - Development, distribution, and maintenance of strategic business plans for all accounts - Opportunity generation - Tracking of all key account activity, both inside and outside of the GKAM team - Results tracking and reporting - Coordinating internal resources including account teams, Ops leadership, and executive management - Establishing executive-level customer relationships - Overall growth of revenues generated from Global Key Accounts This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in terms of education, training, and experience - Verifiable track record of territory growth and individual account growth - Self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Working knowledge of computer systems, i.e. Microsoft Office is essential - Experience working with diverse teams (engineering, operations, marketing) - Experience with Sales/Lead tracking software desired - Prefer experience in the automotive or collision repair industries - Ability to travel at least 50% of the time, local and international travel - Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and perform all clerical functions inherent to the position - Detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workloads, with efficient time management - Customer focused and quality driven Requirements - Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats - Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills to perform the job duties - Must be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work - Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) with company match - Generous vacation / sick time (PTO) - Tuition reimbursement - Competitive compensation packages

• Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly earnings materials, including presentations, press releases, scripts, Q&A documents and other communications for investors and, analysts. • Maintain and continually enhance executive briefing materials, investor Q&A, key messages and preparation materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences and Board discussions. • Analyse underwriting, financial and capital performance to develop actionable insights, identify key themes and support external messaging around results, outlook and strategic progress. • Lead peer benchmarking, analyst research review, investor sentiment tracking and market intelligence to inform positioning, valuation discussions and strategic decision-making by senior management. • Develop high-quality presentations and analysis for Board meetings, executive leadership discussions, investor meetings, conferences, roadshows and other strategic forums. • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts and internal stakeholders, while managing investor targeting, ownership analysis and CRM processes to support effective engagement. • Manage the planning and execution of investor events, including earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, investor days and ad hoc investor engagements. • Lead or support strategic and capital markets projects, including analysis of corporate initiatives, capital allocation topics, and other executive priorities.
