AI & Automation Architect

Worldpay

Role Description Ready to take your career global? Every day, Global Payments powers commerce for millions of people and businesses around the world. As our business evolves, technology plays a critical role in how we create smarter, faster and more connected ways of working. We're looking for an AI & Automation Architect to lead the future of legal technology across Global Payments. This is an opportunity to combine innovation, automation and artificial intelligence to transform how our Legal, Risk and Compliance teams operate, enabling greater efficiency, stronger governance and better business outcomes. You'll join a global team focused on continuous improvement and emerging technologies. Working at the intersection of legal operations, systems architecture and AI, you'll shape how technology supports our business today while building solutions that prepare us for tomorrow. In this role, you'll own the architecture and evolution of our legal technology ecosystem, driving the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence across critical business processes. You'll create scalable solutions, influence strategic technology decisions and deliver innovations that help shape the future of commerce. Qualifications - Significant experience in legal operations, legal technology or legal consulting, with a strong focus on systems, automation and digital transformation. - Deep expertise with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms and end-to-end contracting workflows, including translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong Salesforce architecture and integration experience, including connecting enterprise applications and managing complex data environments. - Hands-on experience designing and deploying artificial intelligence, workflow automation and emerging technology solutions. - Working knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and generative AI, and their application to business processes. - Strong analytical, process-mapping and solution documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. - A self-driven and innovative mindset, with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently and thrive in a fast-paced global environment. Requirements - Own the strategy, architecture and continuous evolution of our legal technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms remain scalable, connected and future-ready. - Drive the optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, designing automated workflows, integrations and solutions that improve contracting efficiency, governance and user experience. - Lead the evaluation, design and deployment of artificial intelligence and automation capabilities that transform Legal, Risk and Compliance processes and deliver measurable business value. - Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Technology and the wider business to translate strategic objectives into innovative technical solutions and streamlined workflows. - Establish best practices, governance standards and controls that strengthen data integrity, compliance, system performance and long-term sustainability. - Deliver meaningful reporting, analytics and insights that increase visibility, support executive decision-making and demonstrate the impact of legal technology investments. Benefits - A competitive salary and benefits package that recognizes your contribution. - Opportunities to grow your skills and build your career within a global business. - Access to learning, development and on-the-job experiences that expand your expertise. - A supportive, inclusive team environment where your ideas and input matter. - Time to give back through community and charity initiatives. - A global employee assistance programme to support your wellbeing. - Recognition through a global platform that celebrates your achievements.

Role Description The AI Operations Lead is the operating layer of Arcadia's AI transformation. You will work directly with teams across the company, in product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations, to learn how the work actually happens and bring AI into it. In practice that means: - Designing and shipping the Claude skills, agents, and workflows teams adopt. - Establishing the patterns, standards, and champion network that let those wins compound long after you have moved to the next team. Outcomes are the bar. An AI workflow earns its place by what it changes for the team, not by how novel it is, and that standard decides what scales and what gets retired. You will hold the work to that test: - Adoption that holds. - Time given back to people for higher-value work. - Workflows that outlast the team where they started. You are as fluent in designing a Claude skill as you are mapping a messy process or bringing a skeptical team along, and you solve a problem once, turn it into a pattern, and hand it to the rest of the company. Arcadia is open to fully remote candidates and employees have access to co-working spaces. Qualifications - 5–8 years spotting where workflows break down across departments. - Experience working hand-in-hand with engineering to ship solutions: automations, AI workflows, internal tools. - Strong workflow- and process-design instincts. - Interpersonal range to win trust across different teams and cultures. - Bias for reusable systems over heroics. - Comfort operating in ambiguity inside a fast-moving, post-acquisition organization. Requirements - Experience standing up enablement, center-of-excellence, or champion-network models (nice-to-have). - Familiarity with AI governance concepts (data classification, human-in-the-loop, security review) (nice-to-have). - Exposure to AI-native operating models at high-performing software organizations (nice-to-have). - Background in R&D, product, or engineering operations (nice-to-have). Benefits - "Remote first" culture - work anywhere in the US as long as you have a reliable internet connection. - Flexible PTO - no accrued hours and no limit on the number of vacation days exempt employees can take each year. - 11 annual holidays. - 10 days sick leave. - Up to 3 weeks bereavement leave. - Up to 4 weeks of caregiver leave. - Military leave for eligible services or events. - 2 volunteer days off. - 2 professional development days off. - 10 weeks paid parental bonding leave for all parents and additional medical recovery time for eligible employees. - 75-95% employer cost coverage for medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and dependents.
