• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and key accounts • Support distributor performance and strengthen partner engagement • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training • Support the successful launch and adoption of new products • Provide first-line technical support and coordinate issue resolution where required • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and commercial success
Job Requirements
- Previous field sales, account management or sales focused experience within animal health, veterinary diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, livestock nutrition or a related industry
- Experience working within the swine industry is preferred
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related life sciences discipline would be advantageous
- Knowledge of veterinary diagnostics, including ELISA and PCR, is beneficial
- The ability to communicate technical information in a commercial and customer-focused way
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
