• Strategic management of our accounts with the goal of building and developing long-term customer relationships • Developing tailored success plans to ensure product adoption, customer satisfaction and sustainable business outcomes • Advising our customers on optimizing their business processes and successfully using Impower • Identifying expansion opportunities and closely collaborating with Sales on upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Early identification of risks, active escalation management and development of appropriate measures to prevent churn • Close collaboration with Product and Engineering to systematically incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap • Conducting regular business reviews and advising on new product features and their successful rollout at the customer
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a comparable consultative B2B role
- Experience in strategic customer management, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong consulting and communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Understanding of complex business processes and an interest in supporting customers through their digital transformation
- Structured way of working, high level of personal responsibility and a strong solution orientation
- Native-level German and very good English skills

Role Description The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business sales revenue. This will be achieved through account planning, territory planning, working with Nexthink partners, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities.
