• As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (“D365”) Service Operations Solution Architect, you will be a key solutionist who owns end-to-end solution design across the D365 service stack: Field Service, Customer Service and Contact Center, and Project Operations. • You will translate the way our clients run service operations (work orders, scheduling, dispatch, assets, contracts, and project delivery) into scalable D365 solutions for asset- and service-centric organizations in heavy equipment, energy, manufacturing, and engineering and construction. • As part of your everyday work, you will drive client requirements and partner with Ludia Leadership and the Microsoft Product, FastTrack, and Sales teams to draft solutions for our clients and help shape the future of service operations, including the shift toward Copilot- and agent-assisted service. • Projects include client-facing meetings (both remote and onsite), occasional visits to Microsoft offices, and training engagements. • This position combines strong consulting ability with an equal emphasis on client-facing interpersonal skills. Our architects learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and lead team efforts, and use flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.

• Create technical content demonstrating how to effectively use computing workloads with VMs, GPU clusters, k8s, SLURM, Soperator, etc. • Develop sample code, tutorials, and reference architectures showcasing best practices for cloud computing and ML infrastructure • Create video tutorials and live coding sessions demonstrating effective use of Nebius cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with academic partners (universities, e.g., Stevens, MIT) to understand their requirements and develop solution architectures that align with their needs: design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, documentation, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with the Nebius Solutions Architect Team • Act as a trusted advisor to our academic partners, providing technical expertise on GPU cloud technologies and best practices

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday solutions across HCM and/or Financials. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations, and ensure successful project delivery. - Design end-to-end Workday solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices. - Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. - Configure and optimize Workday modules, business processes, and security. - Design and review Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Architect Workday security roles, domains, and permissions. - Develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday consultants and developers. - Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and lead regression testing activities. - Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and governance standards. - Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
