Workday Solutions Architect

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday solutions across HCM and/or Financials. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations, and ensure successful project delivery. - Design end-to-end Workday solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices. - Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. - Configure and optimize Workday modules, business processes, and security. - Design and review Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Architect Workday security roles, domains, and permissions. - Develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday consultants and developers. - Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and lead regression testing activities. - Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and governance standards. - Recommend process improvements and system enhancements. Qualifications - 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience. - Strong expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials. - Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs, and integrations. - Hands-on experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Reporting. - Experience leading end-to-end Workday implementation and enhancement projects. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Orchestrate. - Workday Pro Certifications. - Experience working in Agile environments. Company Description
