As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Broker Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be at the core of our day-to-day brokerage operations: - Managing account processes, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring seamless service continuity across shifts. - This is a high-frequency, fast-paced environment that rewards strong process discipline, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset. Job Responsibilities: - Handle daily operational requests related to account management and deposit/withdrawal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Coordinate closely with internal departments including CS, Sales, Risk, Finance, and BIT teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows. - Follow up on operational cases with efficiency and precision, maintaining a high standard of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Support shift-based operational coverage to ensure consistent and stable service quality across all operating hours. - Participate in process optimisation, operational monitoring, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. - Identify and escalate operational anomalies or risks in a timely manner, contributing to a proactive risk management culture. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal compliance and audit requirements. - Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline repetitive processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications - 2-4 years of working experience, with candidates from Forex/Financial industry backgrounds strongly preferred. - Ability and willingness to adapt to shift-based working arrangements, including rotating or non-standard hours. - Emotionally stable and able to maintain consistent performance in high-frequency, repetitive communication environments. - Capable of managing long-term cross-department coordination and sustained operational follow-up with minimal supervision. - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to learn operational logic and internal processes. - Demonstrated mindset to leverage AI tools for improving work efficiency, productivity, and quality, with a proactive approach to exploring new ways to enhance business impact. - Candidates with long-term career development intentions are preferred — we invest in people who grow with us. Requirements - Prior experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Financial Support environments, particularly in roles involving FX products. - Track record of handling high-volume operational tasks or working in shift-based roles within regulated financial services. - Cross-functional experience spanning Customer Support, Operations, Risk, and/or Finance teams is a distinct advantage. - Familiarity with brokerage systems, trading platforms, or back-office operational tools. Role Description We are seeking an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and service desk activities. Working closely with the IT Manager, this role will ensure reliable IT services, maintain accurate documentation and asset records, support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvements in IT processes and user support. - Provide first-line IT support for users, devices, applications, and access requests. - Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Manage identity and access processes, including onboarding, offboarding, MFA, and permission reviews. - Troubleshoot and maintain endpoints, software, hardware, and connectivity issues while tracking assets and licences. - Manage and resolve support requests through Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms. - Maintain accurate IT documentation, records, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures. - Support vendor coordination, incident and change management, cybersecurity, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
