• Own the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier engineering talent across the NAMER and LATAM regions. • Act as a strategic partner to engineering leadership and leverage market data to build robust pipelines. • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience and relentlessly raise the technical bar with every hire. • Guide hiring teams on interview best practices and build structured interview plans. • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with engineering and product hiring managers.
Job Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management within tech or tech-adjacent environments (e.g., Fintech).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and set expectations at the hiring manager level.
- Intermediate proficiency level in using talent data analytics and market intelligence to steer evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Capable of operating effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment with some oversight and direction.
- Able to navigate searches across multiple open roles with varying job levels and urgency, while proactively sourcing.
- Proven ability to evaluate and validate candidate skills within a semi-defined framework.
