• Build strong foundations with structured onboarding for new placements • Own your portfolio after onboarding, managing risk and prioritizing workload • Coach and support interns through professional and workplace challenges • Help improve the program by identifying trends and partnering with teams for enhancements

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing your own portfolio or caseload
  • Confidence working across time zones in a remote environment
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to balance competing priorities
