• The People Tech team is the heart of the digital transformation strategy focused on our main strength: our people. • We work with a focus on the employee journey and data intelligence, serving as the link between product strategy, business hypotheses and scalable solutions. • We have a hybrid DNA, focused both on implementing complex systems and processes and on an agile mindset of experimentation, rapid prototyping and innovation (PM Builder), also functioning as a laboratory for digital products and data. • If you want to lead the evolution of platforms that directly impact the experience of thousands of employees, using artificial intelligence and agile methodologies to transform corporate culture, this is the place for you. • People Product Strategy: Build the strategy for People digital products with a short-, medium- and long-term vision to accelerate the People team's value delivery. • Roadmap Management and Ecosystem Evolution: Strategically balance the large systemic migrations planned through 2028 with the continuous evolution of People themes and the employee experience. • Promotion of the PM Builder & AI Mindset: Act as an ambassador for the use of artificial intelligence tools within squads, fostering a high-speed prototyping culture, creating MVPs and validating hypotheses before large-scale development. • Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Alignment: Lead governance and the complex management of senior stakeholders, actively working to rebuild and strengthen the trust relationship between People and Technology areas. • Orchestration of Critical and Complex Projects: Ensure the political and technical leadership of fronts such as LIM OneStream (in direct interface with E&F and Finance Tech), mitigate risks with the international vendor and lead the first corporate pilot of the RVV (Variable Compensation) process on the new HR technology stack.

Job Requirements

  • Leadership and Team Development: Formal people leadership and experience developing teams with medium/high stakeholder exposure.
  • Product Management Experience: Proven track record leading digital products, preferably in senior roles or coordinating/managing PMs (GPM or Senior PM).
  • Experience in People Ecosystems / HR Tech: Familiarity with or prior experience in HR products and platforms, compensation, benefits or people data.
  • Management of Large-scale Projects / Solid Migrations: Experience with complex projects involving system transitions and migrations or implementation of large ERPs/integrated platforms.
  • Culture of Experimentation and Data: Practical experience applying Product Discovery methodologies, prototyping frameworks, MVPs and strategic use of data (Analytics) for decision-making.
  • Knowledge and Vision on AI: Proficiency (user/evangelist level) in how generative and market AI tools accelerate the software development flow and product discovery.
