Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Product Manager to own the logged-out SurveyMonkey website capabilities and platform. You will define the strategy for how our web presence evolves into an AI-first platform that fundamentally shifts our user acquisition and self-serve revenue trajectory. This role requires a background in technical web product management, a disciplined approach to experimentation, and the ability to bridge gaps by collaborating effectively across engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, research, and data teams. What you’ll be working on - Product Vision & Roadmap: Drive the product vision and strategy for the marketing website, defining the problem space and identifying high-leverage opportunities to transform user acquisition. - Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to develop, launch, and iterate on customer-facing web products and the internal tech stack. Translate strategy into clear requirements and decisions that maintain momentum. - Technical Fluency: Partner with engineering leadership to identify and bridge gaps in our web architecture. Ensure our technical stack is scalable and a competitive advantage that enables rapid, decentralized experimentation and delivery. - Data, Analysis & Metrics: Define and track KPIs that reflect the health of the web platform, core web vitals, and user acquisition. Use data, experimentation, and competitive research to surface opportunities and prioritize high-impact efforts. - AI-Forward: Evaluate, implement, and govern AI solutions to increase speed to customer value. Define the standards for agentic-readiness and educate the organization on AI-first transformation. - Communication & Impact: Shape company-wide strategy by influencing cross-functional decisions and partnering with leadership to drive board-visible business impact. - Strategic Alignment: Navigate complex trade-offs between marketing, technical SEO, and product conversion, aligning multiple stakeholders to maintain a unified, multi-year web vision. - Customer Focus: Deeply understand our target customers. Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis. - Operational Excellence: Define and evangelize best practices for experimentation, AI governance, and product-led growth (PLG) that elevate the performance of web and product teams across the organization. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Web Product Management (SaaS / PLG preferred) delivering significant business impact through web platforms. - 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests. - A deep curiosity about what motivates users to engage and convert, using that empathy to build web experiences that solve their problems. - High AI fluency with experience launching agents, automating workflows, and improving website agentic-readiness. - A strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems, alongside expertise in data analysis using tools like Amplitude or Eppo. - Product instincts matched by technical depth; you collaborate closely with engineering and design to architect scalable systems and navigate complex trade-offs. - A leadership style rooted in ownership and empathy. Requirements - The base pay provided for this position ranges from CAD $153,000.00/year - $180,000.00/year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. You'll drive the product roadmap for how patients pay — from initial checkout through subscription rebills — while also owning the operational health of our billing infrastructure. What You'll Own - Product Strategy & Roadmap - Own the payments product roadmap — prioritize, scope, and ship improvements to checkout, subscription billing, upsell/downsell flows, and payment method expansion. - Define and track success metrics (checkout conversion, rebill auth rate, chargeback ratio, AOV) and use them to drive prioritization. - Design and run A/B experiments on checkout and billing flows; interpret results and make ship/kill decisions. - Write specs, coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering and design, and manage releases through QA and launch. - Evaluate and recommend new payment methods, processors, and billing models based on business impact and implementation cost. - Vendor & Processor Management - Own the relationship with our payment orchestration platform (Gr4vy) and downstream processors — not just escalations, but product-level partnership on features, routing optimization, and MID strategy. - Manage processor onboarding, MID warmup, and volume migration across acquiring banks. - Coordinate with BNPL and alternative payment partners on integration, performance, and commercial terms. - Operational Excellence - Monitor transaction success rates, rebill health, and chargeback ratios; proactively surface trends and drive fixes before they hit thresholds. - Own chargeback and dispute management: investigate root causes, coordinate responses, and implement preventative measures. - Resolve complex billing escalations from CX, working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and compliance. - Maintain and improve operational runbooks, billing policies, and escalation procedures. - Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker, BigQuery) to communicate payments health and feature impact to stakeholders. - Partner with the data team on attribution, funnel analysis, and revenue reporting tied to payments changes. - Deliver a weekly payments update to the broader team synthesizing metrics, shipping activity, and upcoming priorities.
