• Architect end-to-end Generative AI systems by operationalizing the 7-layer AI architecture (Data Sources, Preprocessing, Model Selection, Orchestration, Inference, Integration, and Application). • Evaluate and select cutting-edge commercial (e.g., GPT-4) and open-source models, and fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases. • Establish LLMOps standards for model versioning and CI/CD. Implement foundational observability (OBS) layers using tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus to monitor system health, API latency, and basic application metrics. • Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs while enforcing core data protection measures, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data encryption in transit, and basic PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking to manage hallucinations and adversarial attacks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to map business challenges to AI solutions and establish AI governance frameworks. • Act as the primary onshore technical liaison, facilitating client workshops, requirements gathering, and translating business pain points into technical AI blueprints.

• Plays a critical role in improving audit consistency, accuracy, and completeness by translating audit outcomes into effective learning experiences. • Supports the Outpatient Audit program by delivering and reinforcing training to improve coding accuracy and audit quality in alignment with EXL standards. • Leverages findings from random and targeted outpatient coding audits to identify learning gaps and deliver targeted training, refreshers, and performance support focused on medical documentation review and coding guideline application. • Partners closely with Quality Analysts, Auditors, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content reflects current outpatient coding requirements and audit expectations. • Conducts onboarding training for new outpatient coders and refresher training for tenured coders. • Develops and maintains training content and modules related to medical coding and billing, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, E/M coding.

• Own the end-to-end release process for data and BI, creating the documentation, SOPs, and guidelines that keep releases predictable and compliant. • Work closely with L1/L2/L3 support teams to ensure smooth go-lives and fast issue resolution.

• Review medical records to verify services were provided as billed for Hospital Bill Audit reviews. • Identify overcharges, undercharges and unbundled items. • Identify unbundled items on the itemized bill specific to payer Unbundling Guidelines and provide references and rationale to support review findings. • Onsite Travel – Maintain timely communication with Audit Coordinator regarding scheduling, completion and submission of audits. Abide by the EXL Travel policy while making travel arrangements for onsite audits. • Scheduling Audits: Manage inventory and schedule audits timely by contacting the provider to schedule date and time to perform audits. • Report any problems in the audit process to Manager for resolution. • Comply with HIPAA and other regulations regarding the confidentiality of patient information. • Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs.
