• Lead the functional area of SAP Sales and Service (repairs & aftermarket) and work with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and their teams to establish and prioritize Curtiss-Wright legacy & new processes, application & integration • Provide advisory and subject matter expertise to lead, manage the software development lifecycle(SDLC) of SAP Sales, Service, CRM, ITM processes both new deployments as well as support day to day activities • Own and manage the design, solution, data of the sales, service & trade within SAP S/4 • Maintain the SAP best practices and own the development inventory(WRICEF) • May be required to provide off-hours availability to support critical production issues • Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team: hiring, onboarding, development planning, and annual performance evaluations • Set team priorities and workload to drive efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of business value • Coach team members on both technical depth and stakeholder-facing skills • Own team capacity planning and staffing recommendations, feeding directly into the resource planning process
• Serve as Enterprise Solution Architect for the SAP SCM functional area, setting design direction across Production Planning, Manufacturing, QM, WM, Shop Floor Control, and MES/Engineering integration. • Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to identify, prioritize, and scope process needs, balancing new initiatives against support of legacy processes and integrations. • Own the functional roadmap for SAP SCM, including evaluation of SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transition needs and IBP process design. • Guide implementation of SAP SCM projects from requirements through go-live, in coordination with Application Management Services (AMS) support processes. • Establish and track delivery metrics (e.g., ticket resolution time, project on-time rate, system uptime) and report status to IT and business leadership. • Manage relationships with implementation partners and AMS vendors supporting the SCM functional area. • Manage the SAP SCM functional team: hiring, onboarding, development planning, and annual performance evaluations. • Set team priorities and workload to drive efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of business value. • Coach team members on both technical depth and stakeholder-facing skills. • Own team capacity planning and staffing recommendations, feeding directly into the resource planning process.
• Increase revenue and gross margin for a portfolio of PacStar products into the Army or other accounts as assigned within the territory • Owns sales process from prospecting to closure • Establish a trusted partner relationship with customer at all influence and decision-making levels • Drive the sales of selected PacStar manufactured products/services, integrated solutions, and selected manufacturers' products/services, through advanced solutions selling techniques • Develop strategic account plans and drive the strategies through tactical implementations and effective communications with the PacStar Inside Sales group and support engineering and customer service personnel and organizations • Manage accounts and transactions across multiple customer locations and operating organizations within the territory • Work closely with the PacStar Army team to ensure effective nationwide account management, where appropriate • Demonstrate business acumen through business case preparation, ROI analyses, cost/benefit analyses, and other performance metrics • Provide account leadership on the development of responses to RFP's, RFI's, and unsolicited proposals • Stay abreast of developing and leading-edge solutions, products and services • Provide responsive, timely and thorough resolution of customer escalations • Demonstrate understanding of key business drivers for customers (understand their business) • Implement strategic and consultative selling methodologies to drive revenues • Conduct regularly scheduled territory /account reviews with Sales Management • Provide timely and accurate account status reports, forecasts, and business plans to sales leadership and operational teams as required • Travel regularly within your territory establishing a schedule of sales calls to existing and new customers • Involvement in account-specific Trade Shows and other functions deemed to be in the best interest of developing business within your account plan

Role Description The Senior SAP Security Analyst will play a critical role in managing the software development lifecycle of SAP Security at Curtiss-Wright. This position requires expertise in SAP Security, risk, and compliance, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Location: Remote, India Your Challenge: - Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrices across various SAP solutions, including SAP Finance, Order to Cash, Service to Cash (Aftermarket/Repairs), Procure to Pay, Manufacturing (MM), Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Analyze and assess risks associated with application security exposures, providing solutions to eliminate or mitigate these risks. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security methodologies, and SAP user and role management tools. - Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in defining the SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning. - Collaborate with the existing SAP team to conduct and manage audit reviews.
