We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). This is a contractual role. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). Relevant academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. Responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders. A Day in the Life Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites. Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
  • 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience
  • Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market
  • Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
  • Boolean and Advanced Search
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management or related technical field.
  • Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale cloud, or co-location Data Center environment.
  • Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage:
  • Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers
  • Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers
  • Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
