Job Requirements

This role involves leading the HRIS function for a rapidly growing, fully remote organization, serving as the strategic owner of Workday and associated HR technology systems. Oversee system governance, configuration, reporting, and process optimization. Ensure alignment with the company’s evolving organizational structure and business needs. Balance hands-on system administration with team leadership. Mentor analysts and manage external consultants. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, and People Operations teams.
