We're looking for a driven Recruiter to help scale our growing team. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across go-to-market, product, and technical functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, move fast, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly shape the team that's building the future of the creator economy. Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from job intake to offer acceptance Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, creative outreach, and talent networks Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and potential Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience Analyze recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes Help build #paid's employer brand through job posts, social content, and referral programs Collaborate on onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning Work closely with new hiring managers through to C-suite and leadership teams, training and guiding them on effective hiring practices Develop, update, and deliver training resources to support hiring managers across the organization Stay up to date on hiring best practices and industry trends, bringing forward recommendations to continuously improve our approach
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Proven track record closing competitive roles across sales, marketing, or technical teams
- Strong communicator—written and verbal—with a high bar for candidate experience
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment across EST time zones
- Experience recruiting in Canada and the US
- Move fast without sacrificing quality—you thrive in ambiguity and know how to prioritize
- Build genuine relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike
- Be data-informed and you track what matters and use metrics to make decisions
- Communicate clearly and proactively, keeping all parties aligned throughout the process

- Compensation
- $75,000 - $90,000 semi monthly. The pay range listed reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, we offer additional forms of compensation for all roles, which may include variable pay (bonus or commission), stock options, and perks and benefits, depending on the role and location. We’ll discuss total compensation openly in our first conversation so there are no surprises when it comes time for an offer.
