Role Description As a Learning Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and shaping end-to-end learning solutions for clients. Working closely with sales, account management and delivery teams, you will translate client needs into practical, outcome-focused solutions that are commercially viable and ready for delivery. This role is central to supporting bids, pre-sales activity and complex opportunities. This role is home-based; however, there will be the requirement to travel for client meetings – these could be based anywhere in the UK. What you’ll be doing - Partner with business development and account teams to shape opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award - Lead the design of solutions for bids, proposals and complex sales opportunities - Translate client requirements into clear, outcome-focused solution designs across services, delivery models and commercial elements - Collaborate with internal specialists and teams to develop solutions that meet client and organisational outcomes - Assure the quality, accuracy and completeness of solution design, ensuring alignment with governance, risk and commercial expectations - Represent the organisation externally as a subject matter expert, contributing to industry forums and sharing insight to strengthen propositions Qualifications - Proven experience in learning solution architecture or complex solution design within learning or managed services environments - Experience shaping complex deals involving technology ecosystems across public and private sector clients - Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable solutions - Working knowledge of data flows and data infrastructure to support secure, end-to-end solutions - Strong commercial awareness, including experience working with pricing, costing and risk models - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex solutions clearly Requirements - Experience designing solutions across multi-supplier or partner ecosystems - Familiarity with sales governance, assurance frameworks or mobilisation models Benefits - A competitive basic salary up to £70,000 depending on experience - 23 days’ holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave - The opportunity to take a paid day out of the office, volunteering for our charity partners or a cause of your choice - Auto-enrolment to our company pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks’ fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks and plenty more - Voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle – from discounts on retail and socialising, to health & wellbeing, travel and technology - Access to our Employee Network Groups, which represent every strand of diversity and allow colleagues to connect and learn from each other on an open, inclusive platform - A home-based, UK-wide role offering flexibility in how you work - The opportunity to take ownership of account growth, with clear accountability for delivering commercial outcomes - Exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, allowing you to build strong client relationships and develop as a trusted adviser - The chance to work across learning design, solutions, commercial and delivery teams in a collaborative environment
