As a WMS Consultant at RF-SMART, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge warehouse management solutions using our innovative data collection software for NetSuite ERP. - Design & Deliver: Create tailored warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on areas like receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production. - Consult & Advise: Be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping. - Lead Customer Implementations: Perform tasks and assist customers with application design, setup, testing, and training. - Problem-Solve: Tackle customer issues head-on, whether through the NetSuite ERP or RF-SMART software, and find innovative solutions. - Assume Role of Trusted Advisor: Comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions. - Enhance & Innovate: Scope and document custom requirements, conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, coordinate with the development team to ensure successful, on-target delivery. - Stay Organized: Keep all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized and on track in a fast-paced environment. - Train & Support: Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support, ensuring customers are confident and successful post-Go Live. Qualifications - Typically, five (5) or more years of warehouse operational experience, or warehouse consulting, with familiarity with ERP systems (especially NetSuite) considered a plus. - Proven experience delivering projects successfully, from kickoff through Go-Live, while managing timelines, scope, and customer expectations. - A clear, confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, whether in person or through remote meetings. - Flexible and willing to travel throughout the EMEA region as required to support customer implementations, training, and meetings. Travel is expected to be around 30%, though this may vary depending on project needs. - Comfortable with a flexible schedule. This isn't a typical nine-to-five role, and the variety it brings, from customer calls across the region to occasional Go-Live support, is part of what makes it exciting. - Highly self-motivated, comfortable juggling multiple projects independently and keeping everything on track. • Manage all aspects of the PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. • Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. • Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products

• Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies. • Share your wisdom on Martech best practices, illuminating the path to maximise platform adoption and success. • Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows. • Coordinate with internal teams, including Configuration, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. • Advise on migration strategies that ensure harmonious coexistence with existing systems. • Forge strong alliances with third-party agencies for collaboration. • Build strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption • Deliver impactful presentations that charm senior stakeholders. • Uphold and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence. • Work through timelines and budgets, monitoring project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are achieved. • Assist customers during go-live and provide post-implementation support.
