Datacenter Technical Sales Specialist
Intel Corporation
• Partner with Intel sales professionals to co-own relationships with customer and partner decision-makers, driving the adoption of Intel's datacenter solutions • Provide ongoing technical support by delivering product briefings, use-case-based benchmarks, proof of concepts, and customer-driven technical incubations • Represent the voice of the customer by articulating business use cases and technical needs to product development teams • Act as a thought leader and advisor to technical sales teams • Plan and implement training roadmaps, schedules, and materials to enhance the technical knowledge of internal and external stakeholders • Facilitate product and program updates for customers, partners, and field sales teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant technical field
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD
- Strong proficiency in customer needs analysis, technical requirement definition, and product knowledge within the technology sector
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and the deployment, configuration, and support of mission-critical hardware and software solutions
- Expertise in technical sales with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with information technology trends.

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP Video and Axis cameras • Maintain relations with prospects and current customers • Execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, seminars • Work with Application Development Partners • Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons • Participate in trade shows, webinars and promotional sales activities • Prepare weekly sales reports
• Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of using IP based video cameras, intercoms, access control, and audio products • Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects • Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners • Recommend products and solutions that solve end customers problems • Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities • Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce • Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOM’s • Complete other related duties as assigned
