Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience in a sales or commercial leadership environment
- Experience leading multi-role sales organizations (e.g., hunters, farmers)
- Progressive experience in healthcare sales, technical or solution-based selling, or enterprise commercial leadership
- Knowledge of clinical workflows for cardiology and IT is a plus
- Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing sales organizations
- Familiarity with Front Line Care sales processes and product portfolios preferred
- Proven experience negotiating and approving complex healthcare commercial agreements, including BAAs, SaaS, and EULAs
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
- Experience with executive-level negotiations and complex deal structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Role Description The Director of Shared Services is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving a centralized shared services function across seven operating entities — five in the United States and two in Mexico.
