• Bridge technology solutions with operational implementation across 1,400+ facilities, ensuring successful adoption, staff training, and sustainable integration. • Lead change management initiatives and coordinate with existing operations teams to maximize technology adoption and operational impact. • Develop comprehensive implementation frameworks for technology rollouts. • Coordinate with operator teams to ensure smooth technology adoption. • Review training programs and materials for facility staff and management. • Monitor adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and operational impact. • Design and execute change management strategies for technology implementations. • Assess organizational readiness and identify potential resistance points. • Build change champion networks across facilities and regions. • Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies. • Analyze existing operational processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Design integration points between new technologies and existing systems. • Establish performance metrics and success criteria for operational improvements. • Coordinate with IT teams on technical integration requirements. • Build strong relationships with facility administrators and operations teams. • Conduct regular site visits to assess implementation progress and gather feedback. • Facilitate best practice sharing across facilities and regions. • Support facility teams with troubleshooting and optimization. • Create comprehensive training curricula for various technology implementations. • Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and support documentation. • Establish help desk protocols and escalation procedures. • Coordinate with vendors on training resources and ongoing support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations consulting, healthcare operations, or change management
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multi-site implementations
- Excellent communication and training skills with diverse audiences
- Experience working with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Senior living or healthcare industry experience with direct facility operations knowledge
- Change management certification (Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
- Six Sigma or Lean operations certification
- Experience training staff in healthcare or senior living environments
- Multi-jurisdictional experience (US, Canada, UK).

• Manage all aspects of the PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. • Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. • Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products
