• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical requisitions • Devise and execute targeted sourcing campaigns • Lead alignment kickoffs with hiring managers • Ensure a clear and welcoming experience for candidates • Partner with engineering for technical assessment integration • Manage requisition progress using tracking systems • Train and coach hiring managers and interview panels • Cooperate on onboarding transitions and employer branding efforts
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- 2 years dedicated to recruiting technical roles
- Ability to confidently screen candidates for modern tech stacks
- Experience executing equitable sourcing and selection strategies
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitments
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal communication skills
