• Provide technical support to education response and programming in crisis • Ensure alignment with global standards and national education plans • Identify and engage local partners for education response • Deliver high-quality education programming addressing needs of children • Represent the organization at EiE coordination mechanisms

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives • Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles. • Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards). • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever). • Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies. • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects. • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings. • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.

Role Description We seeking a driven SDR to spearhead our lead generation efforts. You will focus on identifying potential clients, initiating contact via email and/or social platforms, and then seamlessly passing those leads to our Canada-based team for follow-up calls. We’re looking for an individual who can leverage consulting or related experience to spot quality leads in the market, even if you won’t be the one speaking directly to them once they’ve shown interest. - Research Potential Clients: Monitor job postings on LinkedIn and other sites to identify companies that may need recruitment services. - Engage and Qualify: Send introductory emails or messages to gauge hiring needs and interest in our services. - Lead Handoff: Once you identify interested prospects (hiring managers, HR, or leadership contacts), forward them to our Canada-based team, who will handle calls and close the deals. - Maintain Prospect Database: Keep detailed records of all outreach efforts, responses, and relevant details to ensure a smooth handoff to the Canadian team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Excellent English skills - Consulting or Related Experience: Familiarity with identifying business challenges and proposing solutions. - Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency) for email outreach and messaging. - Comfort with Remote Sales Tools: Experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking platforms is a plus. - Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment.
