Role Description Lead the Client Experience from Day One at 360 Behavioral Health, where we're dedicated to helping children and families access life-changing care. We're looking for an experienced Director of Client Access to lead our Care Navigation, Intake, and Authorizations teams while creating a seamless, compassionate experience from the first inquiry through service initiation. If you're a strategic healthcare leader who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of healthcare operations, client access, intake, authorizations, or revenue cycle experience. - 3+ years of leadership experience. - Experience with insurance eligibility, authorizations, and healthcare documentation. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
