Role Description Your future role at a glance: - Location: Remote with travel - Department: Quality - Schedule: Full-time - Salary: $105,830.21 - $147,521.09 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: - Lead evidence-based practice (EBP) initiatives by designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical programs focused on hypertension and medication management, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organization. - Partner with clinical, operational, and national leaders to drive strategic alignment, facilitate implementation, and support decision-making that advances quality patient care. - Oversee program performance and continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics, measuring outcomes, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions to achieve long-term success. - Manage program operations and resources by directing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. Qualifications - Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required. - Education: - High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR - Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Requirements - Background in Pharmacy or Nursing highly preferred. - Proven track record in leading large-scale clinical implementations. - Exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate national and local stakeholder landscapes. - Mastery of project management tools and budgetary oversight. Role Description The Director, Program Management will spearhead client-facing initiatives while driving operational excellence within our Value Acceleration Program. This strategic role bridges technical delivery with PMO oversight, ensuring Adobe Experience Cloud implementations succeed while fostering long-term customer value realization, adoption, and retention. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive complex workstreams from planning through execution, managing the delicate balance of hands-on delivery and high-level program governance. What You’ll Do - Delivery & Client Engagement - Act as the Lead Consultant on customer engagements, serving as the central point of contact throughout the project life cycle. - Oversee project delivery processes, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP, etc.). - Lead complex, high-traffic service launches, ensuring adherence to governance standards and successful customer outcomes. - Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on “add-on” sales across existing projects. - Manage customer expectations and communication, coordinating escalations across sales, services, and product organizations. - PMO & Value Acceleration - Drive program governance, including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and decision documentation. - Develop and maintain program plans, risk logs, dependency management processes, and executive-ready reporting (dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews). - Collect and synthesize program performance data to provide visibility into health, risks, and opportunities for leadership. - Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable work management practices that improve efficiency and execution consistency. - Capture and communicate lessons learned/best practices to feed back into the consulting practice. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in program or project management, PMO, or strategic operations within an agency, professional services, or SaaS environment. - Adobe Expertise: Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP highly preferred). - Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, create clarity, and connect work to outcomes. - Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready reporting. - Operational Rigor: Solid foundation in PM methodologies, planning, dependency management, and governance. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and custom software development processes. - Strong proficiency with work management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and productivity tools. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex program data into actionable, executive-level narratives. - Ability to travel 40%. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - Highly Desired: PMP, Agile/Scrum, or related certifications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
