Director, Rail Vehicle Advisory
DB E.C.O. North America
• Interacts with client organizations on a leadership level. • Resolves issues raised by Client Coordinators in their Domain. • Maintains a good understanding of customer satisfaction for owned project engagements. • Enables Principals to expand their client network and to position early for project opportunities. • Accountable for project success within their Domain. • Drives, and is accountable for, Domain growth, both for existing Practices and investments in starting up new Practices. • Fosters cross-selling success across Practices of their Domain, and in coordination with other Domains. • Encourages active networking and fosters the development of strong client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Directors run a market portfolio and ensure that individually successful Practices become a coherent, scalable Domain. Directors maintain key client relationships, lead key (integrator) opportunities, and coordinate engagements across Domains with other Directors.
- The Director, Rail Vehicle Advisory is responsible for the development and oversight of individual practices including - Fleet Strategy, Rolling Stock Procurement, Vehicle/System Engineering, Propulsion & Energy Systems, and Vehicle Maintenance & Facilities.

Role Description The Director, Program Management will spearhead client-facing initiatives while driving operational excellence within our Value Acceleration Program. This strategic role bridges technical delivery with PMO oversight, ensuring Adobe Experience Cloud implementations succeed while fostering long-term customer value realization, adoption, and retention. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive complex workstreams from planning through execution, managing the delicate balance of hands-on delivery and high-level program governance. Role Description The Group Director, Program Management is a strategic execution leader who spearheads client-facing initiatives and complex, cross-functional programs focused on implementing and leading the Adobe Experience Cloud Value Realization Program. This role oversees other program managers and blends program leadership, stakeholder influence, and operational rigor to translate ambiguous priorities into structured, measurable outcomes. You will act as the central point of contact for key customers, driving successful delivery while managing program roadmaps, governance, and internal alignment across matrixed ecosystems. You will establish governance structures that support informed decision-making and executive visibility across the portfolio. What You'll Do - Program Strategy & Structure: Design and manage concurrent programs aligned to strategic business objectives. • Lead in product / indication level tasks including regulatory interactions and filing, and ensure statistical integrity; contribute strategically to the supporting projects from statistics perspective • Contribute to study level tasks from statistics perspective, including: study design and sample size determination; Author/review statistics section in the protocol, SAP and DMC charter; Create/review study randomization files; Develop TFL shell and specification Review CRFs and other study documentations; Active participation in study related meetings • Works collaboratively within biometrics teams and with cross-functional teams to meet product deliverables and timelines for statistical data analysis and reporting • Ensure statistical integrity of deliverables; provide statistically sound scientific methodology input to meet project objectives and regulatory statistical and data requirements • Independently conduct analyses suggested by the data; Propose new/novel statistical methodological approaches to improve the efficiency and sensitivity of study results • Contribute to developing standards and research in advanced statistical methodologies • Author/review regulatory documents or scientific publications • Mentor junior team members
