Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships. This is a relationship-focused role responsible for client retention, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services within an assigned portfolio of accounts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Manage renewals, re-bookings, and long-term client relationships. - Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value. - Partner with operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery. - Conduct client check-ins and post-event follow-ups. - Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and renewal timelines. - Identify at-risk accounts and support retention strategies. - Collaborate with sales teams during client transitions. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-based sales. - Experience in Pro AV, live events, audiovisual production, or technical services preferred. - Proven ability to retain and grow existing client accounts. - Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar preferred). - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Teams. Requirements - Experience with corporate events, meeting planning, or AV production. - Experience managing recurring or multi-event client engagements. - Knowledge of AV production terminology, including LED walls, staging, rigging, broadcast, and lighting.
