• Execute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiency • Process policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requests • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation within the system of record • Support client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysis • Perform initial review and quality checks on quotes and policy documents • Contribute to team initiatives, retention efforts, and continuous process improvement
• Drive smooth and successful renewals by partnering closely with Account Executives to prepare submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, coverage summaries, and binding documentation. • Support informed risk placement by drafting loss exhibits and proactively obtaining loss runs directly from carriers. • Ensure clients and partners have what they need by coordinating accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance. • Protect data integrity and team efficiency by maintaining precise, up-to-date records in the system of record. • Uphold service excellence through quality control of insurance program documentation, including policies, endorsements, audits, and claims.
• Assist the Manager in calculating commissions, true-ups and bonuses for the producers • Track and maintain broker agreements throughout the year • Liaise between finance & accounting team and producers regarding the quick resolution of all commission issues • Maintain details of all Producer/Broker compensation arrangements • Maintain Compensation payment calendar with outside offices – ensuring all needed documents are received before deadline • Update Producer/Broker general information in systems as needed – working with operations to ensure accurate producer default rates are entered • Assist with the process of calculating and paying all Producers/Brokers accurately and timely • Assist with the calculation and correction of the House account commissions in February & August • Assist with the midyear Draw evaluation and provide the Manager results and recommendations • Regular review of data to identify errors, etc. especially for correct sales compensation reporting • Support Manager with in-depth compensation and Producer analysis requests • Liaise with other Corporate teams and departments (e.g. Corporate Accounting and Human Resources) as needed
• Participating in the retention of renewal business • Interacting with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of insurance products • Reviewing current policies and providing recommendations regarding placement options • Utilizing coverage checklists and a network of industry contacts to determine appropriate coverage and premiums • Assisting on document issuance, data entry, and coverage approvals on advertising, television, feature film, documentary, and special event liability insurance programs • Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage and advising the client of any recommendations within a mutually established timeline • Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectations • Leveraging commercial entertainment insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS accordingly • Nurturing professional relationships through the facilitation of personal client meetings and consistent client contact
• Lead renewal strategy and execution, including market selection, exposure and loss analysis, data gathering, application and submission prep, proposal delivery, carrier negotiation, and binding. • Manage Middle Market and Small aviation accounts, secure required underwriting documentation, and identify cross‑sell opportunities across key commercial coverages. • Review all policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, invoices, and related deliverables for accuracy while maintaining strong carrier/wholesale relationships.
• Perform in-depth claims file reviews for accuracy and compliance • Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective action • Identify trends and collaborate with departments to improve claim practices • Support audit reporting and analytics
• File and/or report required policy information into various state websites. • Complete filing spreadsheets to be used for tax returns and reporting. • Process tax returns and payments timely to states based on filing calendar. • Reconcile accounts payable reports to ensure that all policies are accounted for and reported accurately. • Provide information to internal brokers and policy representatives regarding documentation, filing, and billing requirements. • Complete surplus lines licensing information forms as needed by the office.
• Receive loss reports from Healthcare Clients and confirm that the claims are filed under the appropriate policy(ies) • Research policy terms and stipulations to determine coverage applicability and advocate for maximum recovery • Educate and address questions from Clients regarding claim reporting requirements • Advocate for the client, maintaining an active diary, transmittal of documentation, follow up calls, and emails to the client and carrier • Oversee the claims at the carriers to ensure timely investigation, liability determination, litigation and fair resolutions • Evaluate complex, high-exposure claims and interpret policy wording • Meet with clients when necessary and taking part in claim meetings, renewals and stewardship meetings • Vital liaison between Client, insurance carrier, Defense Counsel and other vendors • Perform Strategic Claim Reviews working in turn with Loss Control and Analytics • Counsel Clients on cost containment initiatives to reduce total claims, loss ratios, financials, timely file closure rates as well as timely reporting days
• Deliver exceptional client service and support • Assist with all aspects of day-to-day client interactions • Collect, analyze, and prepare information for client requests • Attend client meetings and conference calls • Work closely with the National Life Practice Service Team
• Manage daily client service needs for a designated book of business • Participate in renewal strategy including discussion of the markets to approach • Manage a renewal book of business, including creation of submissions • Provide support in drafting exposure gathering information, loss exhibits, submissions and proposals • Work with Associate Account manager or 3rd party vendor to issue Certificates, Invoices, policy/endorsement/audit checking • Update the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications and policy documentation • Process monthly, quarterly or annually audits and monthly reports • Responsible for setting up the policy in the system of record for billing • Generate the request to return funds to the client as appropriate
