Support Specialist

Topcon Positioning Systems

• Demonstrate and train customers on Topcon hardware, software, and workflows in the field • Classroom training at Topcon Solutions Store facilities for large groups of people on Topcon hardware, software, and workflows • Development of training material and guides for customers • Providing phone support and troubleshooting issues for customers in the field • Train other employees on Topcon hardware, software, and workflows • Work closely with our Sales team to present customers with the best product solutions for their jobs and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective speaking style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Topcon or competitor's hardware, software, and workflows is beneficial
  • Land Surveying, construction layout, or construction technology-related experience is preferred.
