Field Account Representative, Customer Support
McKesson
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for McKesson at customer locations • Build strong, professional relationships as a trusted partner and problem solver • Maintain composure and professionalism when addressing customer concerns or service issues • Support new customer onboarding, including: • Assisting with initial setup and ordering processes • Being physically present during early shipments and go-live activities • Be on-site to oversee shipment arrivals and validate order accuracy • Identify and resolve discrepancies, including: • Missing items • Damaged shipments • Backorders • Execute service visits at assigned health system customer locations • Drive customer satisfaction through: • Service level performance • Responsiveness • Reliability and follow-through
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (customer-facing, operations, or field support)
- Valid Diver’s License: 7 year Motor Vehicle Report completed during pre-employment
- Proven successful in providing a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated urgency and responsiveness —understands that follow-up must be timely and proactive
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to problem solve in real time, often on-site with customers
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ordering/technology systems

• The Technical Customer Care Specialist I will manage a variety of interactions with clients via phone, email, and other methods of communication supporting the DMS technical call center • Handle routine customer questions relating to product usage, as well as technical support issues • Maintains expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack Solutions and Products • Develops and maintains strong technical expertise in Dealertrack products and those devices and platforms upon which the products function • Accurately logs all customer information in the CRM customer ticketing system • Adhere to corporate objectives for ticket processing and associated support service level agreements for response time and ticket closure • Follow-up skills • Ability to handle and respond to multiple open issues • Able to work independently with little direction and multi-task and handle various tickets at once while being extremely productive and timely • Ability to work required shifts both independently and within a team organization • Facilitate communication from Support Team to other departments as needed to complete Cases
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of delivery and support of frozen poultry vaccines • Use inventory and order management systems for tracking and documentation of vaccine orders, delivery and chain of custody • Support the oversight of customer vaccine application processes and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations • Provide training and education to customers to ensure best practices in vaccine mixing and handling • Conduct audits to evaluate day of age spray applications • Utilize necessary tools to assess customer needs, prioritize product allocations, and optimize inventory availability • Deliver necessary products to ensure customer needs are met in assigned territory • Build loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services by developing relationships with customers • Maintain customer compliance with safe handling of frozen vaccine products and ensure adherence to established processes and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards • Regularly review and update records to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. • Proactively reach out to doctors for follow-ups, support, and feedback to improve service quality. • Facilitate the preparation, distribution, and signing of contracts using DocuSign, ensuring all required fields are completed and signed in a timely manner. • Assist doctors with any questions or issues related to contract terms and document signing. • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring clear, respectful, and accurate communication with doctors and healthcare staff. • Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or other communication channels, offering exceptional service and timely solutions. • Ensure that all documentation, contracts, and communication are accurately recorded and tracked. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, streamline processes, and provide exceptional service.
