About the Role We're hiring a Developer Marketing Lead to make ElevenLabs the default audio AI platform for builders. You will own the strategy, budget, and narrative that attract qualified developers and turn intent into self-serve revenue-through positioning, launches, partnerships, content, and high-performing marketing surfaces (developer landing pages and campaigns), and later into enterprise leads. Your north star is developer sign-ups. This is a unique blend of product marketing and growth marketing, focused on developers. Day to day, you'll craft crisp developer messaging, orchestrate launches, continuously improve developer landing experiences with a disciplined test cadence, and spin up and test new growth channels (such as developer content, partnerships, SEO and paid). You'll work cross-functionally with paid, SEO, and comms/PR to scale what works. This is not DevRel or in-product (no docs/SDKs/onboarding). This can be an IC role or a hybrid of IC and manager. Requirements - 5+ years doing growth/marketing at fast-growing companies, or selling your own products. - Deeply understand developers - what resonates and doesn't, where they show up, how to position products for them. - Analytical skills - you can use Google Sheets and/or SQL to understand the impact of the work you're doing. - Strong at copywriting. - Experience in multiple channels including at least one being developer content, SEO, paid, and partnerships. - Ownership, autonomy, bias to action. - Know how to (vibe) code. - Growth Potential We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. • Drive the development of our backend, frontend and API. • Independently implement new features and play an active role in architecture and technology decisions. • Develop a high-performance, user-friendly application.

• Develop secure APIs and cloud-native services for DHA systems • Build and maintain data pipelines to normalize structured and unstructured data • Integrate healthcare data into FHIR and OMOP standards for analytics and decision support • Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to deploy applications in secure, high-compliance cloud environments • Ensure software is scalable, compliant, and maintainable while enabling rapid delivery

• Provide technical leadership, training, process improvement, and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area • Provide technical and functional consulting/problem resolution for Jenzabar One clients • Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve Student-related issues (e.g. repeats, advising trees, ARCs, etc.) • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills • Perform assigned project tasks with minimal supervision • Follow established methodology to meet project deliverables for all assigned tasks • Work proactively and cooperatively in a team environment to accomplish project deliverables within defined schedule • Communicate information clearly, accurately and timely to project team members • Work with Professional Services and Project Management Office to provide resolution and support for complex issues • Provide coaching and technical training in data validation, reporting, and how data flows through the student and finance modules • Maintain and share a repository of process and training documentation • Understand the customer business processes related to the solution • Recognize potential solutions to a business problem to ensure the best alternative is selected for the client within project scope • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate. • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight.
