• Provide technical leadership, training, process improvement, and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area • Provide technical and functional consulting/problem resolution for Jenzabar One clients • Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve Student-related issues (e.g. repeats, advising trees, ARCs, etc.) • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills • Perform assigned project tasks with minimal supervision • Follow established methodology to meet project deliverables for all assigned tasks • Work proactively and cooperatively in a team environment to accomplish project deliverables within defined schedule • Communicate information clearly, accurately and timely to project team members • Work with Professional Services and Project Management Office to provide resolution and support for complex issues • Provide coaching and technical training in data validation, reporting, and how data flows through the student and finance modules • Maintain and share a repository of process and training documentation • Understand the customer business processes related to the solution • Recognize potential solutions to a business problem to ensure the best alternative is selected for the client within project scope • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate. • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight.
Job Requirements
- BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience (at least 4 years must be in Higher Education).
- Experience with Jenzabar’s J1 Student Information System/ERP, with identifiable experience with Student area such as Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life
- Experience across a range of higher end functions or offices
- Advanced SQL programming skills
- Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast paced/high stress environment
- Prior training delivery experience desired
- Comfort level with evolving and ever-changing technology
- Ability to translate technical complex concepts to functional end users
- Software troubleshooting skills required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven effective listening skills.
- Demonstrated experience conducting presentations, conducting one-on-one and/or on-the-job training, classroom training and/or online/webcast training
