What To Expect - Drive sales growth and market share for Hologic’s Gynaecological Surgical Solutions portfolio across the London territory. - Build strong, long-term relationships with gynaecologists, theatre teams and other healthcare professionals across your region. - Support the adoption and expansion of outpatient gynaecological procedures, helping customers implement efficient, minimally invasive treatment pathways. - Deliver high-quality product demonstrations, clinical support and training to ensure customers gain maximum value from Hologic’s technologies. - Develop and execute a structured territory plan, prioritising key accounts and high-value opportunities. - Analyse sales data, market activity and competitor insights to identify opportunities and respond to changing market dynamics. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, clinical support and customer service to deliver the best outcomes for customers. Qualifications - Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or theatre-based environments. - A strategic sales mindset with the ability to plan, prioritise and execute territory growth opportunities. - Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and experience working with key stakeholders including surgeons, theatre staff and procurement teams. - Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective business solutions. - The ability to analyse market trends and sales data to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities. - A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues across teams to support shared objectives.
