Global Brand Marketing Manager

Role Description As a Global Brand Marketing Manager at Stryker, you will play an integral role in taking Stryker Neurovascular to a leadership position within the flow diversion and intrasaccular market, by developing and directing marketing programs for a significant product or product category so they can continue growing the business. - Responsible for the product, program, or portfolio strategy - Interpret competitive landscape and incorporate into marketing strategy - Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc. - Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement - Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency - Establish pricing strategy that assures alignment with overall business goals and P&L drivers - Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones - Conduct post-launch analysis and implement lessons learned - Forecast sales while considering the market, product, and other valuable factors - Demonstrate financial acumen - Mentor, develop and influence across the business, intentionally building cross-divisional relationships - Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy - Routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operations and have a divisional impact Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 8+ years of work experience required - 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred - Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines - Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority - Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies Requirements - Travel Percentage: 30% Benefits - United States of America Pay Ranges: - USN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual - US5: $123,900 - $206,500 USD Annual - US10: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual - US15: $135,700 - $226,200 USD Annual - US20: $141,600 - $236,000 USD Annual - US30: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual

• KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an experienced Brand Growth Manager to lead digital marketing, brand storytelling, and customer lifecycle strategies across two of our healthcare education brands: AFPA and ChiroCredit. • This high-impact role combines certification go-to-market strategy for AFPA with continuing education engagement and renewal strategy for ChiroCredit. • Working closely with the VP of Marketing, the Brand Growth Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive audience growth, product adoption, customer retention, and revenue across aspiring fitness and nutrition professionals, certified AFPA alumni, and licensed chiropractors. • Own growth planning and commercial performance for AFPA and ChiroCredit. • Develop and execute quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with each brand's strategic objectives, including certification enrollments, CE subscription growth, and license renewals. • Translate brand positioning into channel-specific marketing strategies across customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify new growth opportunities within the fitness, wellness, and chiropractic education markets. • Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and other digital channels. • Lead HubSpot email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows. • Execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives. • Oversee marketing performance of the AFPA and ChiroCredit WordPress websites. • Develop and optimize landing pages to improve user experience, SEO rankings, and conversion performance. • Continuously evaluate and improve customer journeys for certification programs, continuing education subscriptions, and course purchases. • Partner with Product, Education, and Content teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new certifications, continuing education programs, and educational content. • Collaborate on blogs, webinars, email campaigns, promotional assets, and other content tailored to each audience. • Ensure ChiroCredit marketing materials align with CMS- and Medicare-adjacent regulatory guidance for clinical education topics. • Ensure AFPA marketing aligns with applicable accreditation standards and avoids unsupported clinical or outcome-based claims. • Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate, compliant, and on-brand messaging. • Manage marketing budgets and external agency/vendor relationships. • Utilize GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, marketing technology, and customer behaviors to continually improve performance.
