Role Description L’Ingénieur Commercial Distribution développe et entretient la relation avec les clients distributeurs et les prospects sur son périmètre. Il est un acteur clé de la performance commerciale et représente la marque auprès du réseau de distribution. Idéalement localisé à Nancy, il est en charge des zones d’activités de Nancy/Metz/Strasbourg. - Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients distributeurs en mettant en œuvre des plans d’actions commerciaux sur le secteur attribué. - Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des distributeurs, assurer la relation commerciale et identifier les opportunités de développement. - Élaborer et négocier les offres commerciales, accompagner les lancements de produits et développer les comptes stratégiques. - Promouvoir la marque auprès du réseau de distribution : participation aux salons, animations commerciales et mise en avant des produits. - Former et accompagner les équipes commerciales des distributeurs sur les solutions et produits. - Piloter l’activité commerciale via le CRM, suivre la performance, contribuer à la satisfaction client et gérer les éventuels litiges. Qualifications - Formation Bac +5 en Commerce avec une culture électrotechnique solide. - Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, dans un environnement de distribution ou industriel. - Maîtrise de l’anglais. - Aisance avec les outils informatiques et digitaux (CRM, outils de suivi commercial, élaboration d’offres).
