Digital Marketing Intern
Kiteworks
Kiteworks is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our demand generation team. This role supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. Manage day-to-day operations across paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, MNTN). Create ad copy using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and internal chatbots. Produce video content for connected TV and social channels using AI video tools. Coordinate with design on creative production and revisions. Monitor creative performance and flag when campaigns need refreshes or new concepts. Manage Podawaa to amplify posts by leadership and Kiteworks. Track campaign performance metrics and surface insights. Support weekly and monthly reporting cadences. Monitor KPIs across platforms and flag anomalies or trends. Potentially support QA of automated workflows for ad platforms. Stay current on AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging trends in digital marketing. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or similar); certifications are a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in AI tools for content creation, research, or productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear, proactive communication style.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to evolving roles.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to challenge conventional B2B marketing approaches.
- Interest in or exposure to regulated industries (cybersecurity, compliance, government) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and curious, with a bias toward action over perfection.
- Ability to meet Kiteworks, customer, and/or government security screening requirements for this role.
- Kiteworks Background Check: This position requires passing the Kiteworks background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- This role is open to individuals who already have U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
