Kiteworks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced software sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager in the West, US region. This role will report directly to our VP, Global Channels. What You'll Do - Drive regional growth by building and managing a robust, partner-led sales pipeline - Secure and close strategic deals with key partners, securing high-value strategic enterprise deals between key partners and customers. - Develop and enhance relationships with existing Kiteworks resellers. - Identify, recruit and develop relationships with prospective new reseller partners. - Co-sell alongside reseller reps and support partner go to market activities - Achieve revenue targets and other KPIs - Conduct sales enablement and training with reseller partners - Conduct quarterly partner performance reviews What You'll Bring - Candidates should live in the California or Colorado - 5+ years experience working at a channel partner organization preferred. - Strong sales background - Proven sales ability including pricing, relationship building, and management, consultative selling - Hands-on individual, self-starter - Experience selling enterprise security software and services; cloud-enabled file-sharing solutions is a plus. - Creative thinking and problem-solving. Strong human and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills are a must - Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets - Enjoys working in a team environment - Some travel is required for closing sales as well as industry and partner events. (40%) Compensation Range - Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $145,000 - Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills.
