• Develop and execute innovative marketing content across digital platforms • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social media content, and engagement strategies • Suggest trending hooks, formats, and angles for Reels • Assist in planning the content calendar • Translate marketing objectives into visual concepts • Design high-quality social media graphics • Create short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) with captions, text animations, and basic editing • Develop performance-optimised paid ad creatives • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets • Prepare platform-ready assets in the correct dimensions and formats • Design and maintain reusable templates in Figma and Canva • Build structured and organised files in Figma • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs • Design branded materials for franchisees, including flyers, brochures, business cards, signage, and promotional items • Ensure all materials align with brand standards • Prepare print-ready files as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creatives or a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of Creative Marketing experience
- Proficiency in using M365 Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Figma & Canva
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Understanding of short-form video trends (Reels or TikTok-style videos)
- Good eye for design with a solid understanding of marketing and conversion strategies
- Organised and able to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
- Flexible and available to work as soon as possible
