Role Description Nous cherchons actuellement un Lead Développeur Salesforce (H/F). Le poste est éligible au full remote (100% télétravail), nous vous demanderons de venir environ une fois par mois sur site, à Montpellier. Vous rejoignez l'équipe technique Salesforce pour prendre vos sujets en main de A à Z — du besoin exprimé jusqu'au monitoring en production. Bien plus qu'un poste de delivery : vous devenez le point de repère technique de l'équipe, celui/celle qui pose les standards, porte les sujets transverses et fait monter le niveau. Vos missions : - Prendre en charge vos développements de bout en bout : du cadrage du besoin à la mise en production, monitoring et suivi post-déploiement inclus. - Concevoir et développer sur la plateforme : Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL et configuration avancée (modèle de données, sécurité, règles de partage, Connected Apps). - Connecter Salesforce à son écosystème : intégrations via API REST & SOAP, branchement de solutions externes au CRM. - Porter le CI/CD de l'équipe en tant que référent(e) : challenger le pipeline, l'améliorer, et le rendre lisible aussi bien pour les développeurs que pour les Product Owners. - Être garant(e) de la qualité : des tests Apex utiles (pas cosmétiques), de l'analyse statique de code (PMD, Salesforce Code Analyzer) et une dette technique maîtrisée. - Sécuriser les développements dès la conception : RGPD, enforcement FLS/CRUD, gestion fine des accès. - Explorer et intégrer l'IA Salesforce : Prompt Builder, Agentforce, MCP (Model Context Protocol)… vous évaluez ces briques et les embarquez dans les solutions livrées. - Co-construire les bonnes pratiques de développement avec le noyau technique, et accompagner l'équipe dans leur application au quotidien. Et après ? Ce poste est une rampe de lancement : selon vos envies, vous pourrez progressivement prendre de la hauteur vers l'architecture, l'encadrement de développeurs et la maîtrise du cadre technique du groupe — jusqu'à viser, à terme, une certification Technical Architect. Cette trajectoire, on la construit avec vous. Qualifications - Développeur(euse) Salesforce confirmé(e) maîtrisant la plateforme de bout en bout : Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript et configuration avancée. - Connaissance des API Salesforce (REST & SOAP) et capacité à concevoir des intégrations avec des outils tiers. - Aise avec l'outillage moderne — SFDX / Salesforce CLI, Git, VS Code, outils de déploiement — ou prêt(e) à se former sur ce qui manque. - Veille active sur les releases Salesforce et intérêt pour les nouveautés IA de l'écosystème. - Réflexe qualité et sécurité : écriture de tests utiles et pensée conformité dès la conception. - Aime transmettre, poser des standards et être une vraie référence technique pour l'équipe. Role Description The incumbent of this position serves as a General Engineer (Inspector) within anywhere in the US and reports to a Regional Office of the Office of Pipeline Safety in support of the national Control Room Management program. As a General Engineer (Inspector), you will: - Conduct pipeline safety program review and inspection of gas and liquid pipeline systems by traveling to a field location and applying Federal regulations to the facilities, focusing on control room and leak detection system operations and maintenance. - Conduct safety oversight inspections and provide assistance with incident investigations to increase compliance with Federal pipeline safety standards by gas and liquid operators at all types of pipeline facilities. - Prepare enforcement for regulatory compliance through written documents, verbal conversation, records review, and operations and maintenance observation. - Work within assigned teams and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within many stakeholder communities. - Conduct investigations of pipeline incidents to determine if there are violations of Federal regulations/laws. - Participate in industry and technical conferences, symposiums, meetings, etc., representing the Office of Pipeline Safety as directed by supervisory personnel.
