Junior Developer

• Handle support tickets at N1 and N2 levels. • Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes. • Develop, fix and maintain applications using .NET. • Support development and maintenance tasks for Java applications when required. • Perform root cause analysis and propose improvements to prevent incident recurrence. • Log and monitor tickets, keeping technical documentation up to date. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service continuity. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support and development processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience developing with .NET (C# and ASP.NET).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
  • Experience with corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems.
  • Familiarity with source code versioning (Git).
  • Strong analytical skills for investigation and problem resolution.
  • Organized, with a sense of priorities and focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Java development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in application maintenance/support environments (AMS).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
