Digital Content Creation and Design - Create and design digital marketing assets using Canva and other design tools, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, email graphics, web content, and event promotions. - Develop creative content and campaigns that support exhibitions, public programs, membership initiatives, educational offerings, fundraising efforts, and institutional priorities. - Capture and edit photography and short-form video content featuring exhibitions, collections, visitors, staff, programs, and special events. - Produce engaging visual storytelling content for social media, digital advertising, websites, and email marketing. - Ensure consistency with museum branding standards, messaging, and accessibility best practices. - Maintain and organize digital media assets for future use. Digital Marketing and Communications Support - Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to increase attendance, membership, engagement, and awareness. - Assist with website updates and digital promotions as needed. - Collaborate with museum staff to promote exhibitions, events, educational programs, memberships, fundraising initiatives, and other institutional priorities. - Identify and develop storytelling opportunities that highlight the museum's mission, collections, educational impact, and visitor experience.
