• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels • Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date • Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement • Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions • Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data
- Creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent
